I have used a stainless steel torque as a base with blue felt wrapped and bound by a blue ladder weave yarn, then blue miyuki seed beads have been sewn into the felt/ribbon. very different, individual, stylised necklace which fastens at the rear with an inter-locking clip. The necklace circle measures 18 inches. 

Pictures don't do this torque justice, it is simple but very pretty! 

There is another similar in blue in my shop.

This necklace would make a lovely Christmas gift!
